ABOUT ME

With more than 20 years of professional experience in marketing and sales, I have in-depth expertise in selling and leading teams.

 

In my career, I have successfully sold products and empowered sales teams to optimize their strategy and increase their sales in various management positions, including Director Global Sales, Sales Director and Territory Manager D-A-CH.

 

For more than 15 years, I have been involved in new customer acquisition and key customer development worldwide, generating sustainable, profitable growth. My work spans markets in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the USA.

 

In addition, I developed my own sales methodology and trained international sales teams to use it successfully. To this day, this methodology helps various business units to increase their sales. In addition, I was responsible for drawing up business plans, whether for newly established business units or for units that were integrated into existing processes through acquisitions.

 

My global network is an essential part of my work and supports me in quickly developing new markets and acquiring new customers.

In all my positions, I have been responsible for sales of over €85 million and achieved continuous profitable growth.

PRIVATE

I am a husband and father of three sons and live on a former farm near Düsseldorf. In my free time I am active in sports - whether on a racing or gravel bike or jogging in the forest. Here, too, I pursue ambitious goals, because for me, both professionally and privately, the following applies: "If you don't have goals, you're working on someone else's success."
